A Taste of Lewis and Clark will take you back to the Expedition period of 1803-06 with authentic encampments by living history re-enactors portraying members of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. American Indian Nations will be on hand to tell their stories and share their cultures. Included will be entertainment, music, merchandise and food of the period. Fife & Drum parades and town criers will add a historic festive touch to the event.

There will be two "Taste of Lewis & Clark" events in 2005, they are:

A Taste of Lewis and Clark
@Hiram M. Chittenden Locks
August 19-21, 2005

and

A Taste of Lewis and Clark
@ Bonneville Lock & Dam
August 26-29, 2005
