The Circle of Conservation Advisors (COCA) is a collection of leading local, state, and national conservation groups that work to spread awareness about the state of the trail Lewis and Clark traveled. The goal of COCA is to make conservation a major theme in the national commemoration of the bicentennial and at the National Council Signature Events and to ensure that the land, water, and wildlife along the trail will be healthy for future generations of Americans to enjoy.
